Swim With Mike Masters Challenge

The 31^st Annual Swim With Mike campaign initiated the Masters Challenge – a unique effort to involve masters swimmers (adult fitness and competitive swimmers) in the cause and to encourage them to swim more laps and raise more dollars to support more scholarships for physically challenged athletes.

To make all those laps even more enticing, Tod Spieker, a masters swimmer of note himself, pledged to match every dollar raised at the 1^st Swim With Mike – Cal and in the Masters Challenge. It was a rousing success, raising more than $11,000. And in 2013 we are doing it all again for the 3rd time with more prizes and more matching. For every $100 raised, Masters Challenge Swimmers will be entered into a random drawing where some fabulous prizes are to be had, including a trip to the 9^th Annual Swim With Mike – Hawai’i  and the Waikiki Roughwater Swim www.waikikiroughwaterswim.com and a trip to the 3^rd Swim With Mike – Las Vegas and the Slam the Dam open water race in Lake Mead. http://www.slamthedam.com.
