Richard lettered a football, basketball, and volleyball in high school. Left quadriplegic after a diving accident, he is slowly regaining control of his motor functions. After a longtime career in the aerospace industry, Richard graduated from USC’s MBA program for Professionals and Managers in 2003. He continues to be active in athletics as the coach of his daughter’s sports teams. He currently lives on the shore of the Colorado River and has utilized his entrepreneurial skills to start several businesses.
